Cleanout access for sewer mainlines

We add outdoor or interior cleanouts so the sewer main can be cabled, jetted, and cameraed without pulling a toilet every time. If the line already backs up and there is no usable access, say that when you call.

A cleanout is a capped fitting on the building sewer that lets a cable, jetter, or camera into the main. Homes without one often get opened at a toilet or a roof vent, which is slower and harder on the fixture. Adding access is the fix when the main keeps clogging and there is no outdoor or basement fitting to work from.

We put the cleanout where it actually reaches the run: outside near the foundation when the lateral leaves the house there, or inside when that is the only honest access. A cleanout does not repair a broken pipe. If the camera shows a collapse or a belly, that becomes water and sewer or sewer relining work.

Power rodding still needs a way in. If we already clear the line through a toilet, we will say whether a dedicated cleanout is worth adding so the next stop is simpler.

Call (630) 251-5184 if the main backs up and you cannot find a cleanout in the yard or basement.
