We repair, replace, and install toilets, faucets, and valves that leak, stain, or no longer mix. We do the plumbing that makes the room work; we do not design kitchens.
Fixture work covers toilets that will not stop filling, faucets that stain the sink, dishwashers that will not drain, and shower valves that no longer mix, and it also covers the install when a fixture is past repair.
This is not a kitchen design studio. We hook up, repair, and replace the plumbing that makes the room usable, and if the job turns into a full gut we will say so.
Older Chicagoland homes often still have stop valves and supply lines from a previous remodel. Those fail independently of the faucet you can see.
